Sledding at the Golf Course

We went sledding up at the Golf Course on Saturday December 27. It was so fun, I haven't been forever and it was a blast. I thought for sure the hike up the hill would kill me and when that didn't I knew I was dead once I hit the jump; but turns out I made it.

We had a fun day on Christmas. Mom gave me this ridiculous walkie-talkie when Grandma died and I told her I didn't want it. She said I had to take it because it was a gift. Well, I re-gifted it. Now she's stuck with it for a while. I think it might become our new "family white elephant" gift.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE

On Christmas Eve we went to Josh's sister's house for dinner. Most of the Gubler Family was sick so we went with Ryan's family to Tonja's house. We then went to my parents for presents with my family. We always have so much fun together and this was no exception.

The Ballet

We went to see The Nutcracker Ballet with Megan and Dave! I loved it but the only thing Josh said about it was "they need to get some bigger pants!"

We went shooting out as Horseshoe Springs yesterday with Kyle, Aaron, & Spencer. We had fun but I have a bruise on my shoulder from the shotgun.

Shopping on Black Friday

Josh went shopping with me this year. He had no idea it was so crazy; but he seemed to have a good time. We waited the longest at Cabela's for Josh's guns (2 hours). It's a good thing that I love him.

Family Night At Our House

Okay, we definilty have the funnest family ever. We spent one Saturday Night at my house playing the Wii, Pool, and Karaoke. It was a blast. We stayed awake until almost 2:00 in the morning. I'm not sure how many of us made it to church on Sunday!

Banned from McDonalds

Mom, Aaron, Allison, and I met Josh for lunch on Saturday at McDonalds, we probably wont be back.

Apparently employees at McDonalds don't take very kindly to people making fools out of themselves with ketchup.

Just be advised, when people start looking at you like you belong in a mental institution it's time to take a break.

Okay I know it's way past late but it's taken me a little bit to find a moment to do this. Halloween was tons of fun. Of course I worked that day but we had a blast. Josh thinks the greatest thing about Halloween is trying to scare the teenagers that come to his parents house. He dresses up like a dummy and sits outside where they have to walk past him to get to the candy. Josh's Mom, Ellie, Dad, and I watched from inside and it was hilarious.

Happy Anniversary! Today Mom and Dan have been married for 16 years and we happen to have 16 people in our family now too. Congrats Parentals! Now let us see if you can make it another 16!

Dave turned 23 today and for his birthday we went to The Pie for dinner. We got a huge pizza that was wonderful, and I'll still think it wonderful when it adds 2 lbs. to my current weight. Oh the Joy! It was crazy and I ended up spilling Josh's drink all over Spencer; but hey, it was a good time.

FALL-ing For Handsome

I have the cutest handsome ever. Fall is my favorite season and as dorky as it may seem, one of my favorite sounds is the crunching of leaves. So Both Josh and I were off last Wednesday and he decided he wanted to go drive through Big Cottonwood Canyon and look at the leaves. I'm sure it's not his idea of the greatest time but he knows how much I love it. The leaves were beautiful up there, not quite as red as I like them; but there were tons of golden leaves. We had a great time, just the two of us.

Mexico or Bust

This had to be the funnest vacation of my life. We got back from our cruise to Mexico on Sunday August 21. It's crazy to think that it has gone so fast since we waited for it for so long. Almost all of my family went and so did our friends Kyle and Michelle. Although it was hard to see all the poverty I didn't see one person without a smile on their face. It made me think that I'm not nearly as grateful for what I have as I should be. It's a lesson I won't ever forget. Aaron and Allison were on the Love and Marriage Gameshow. Of course Little Brother (Aaron) thought it would be funny to make fun of me so he told the entire audience that I was mean to him. Of course no one believed him. :0)

Our Plan was tiny. We had to walk out on the runway to get to it. It's the first time Andrea has ever flown before.

Hansome won the sexy legs contest. Go figure, he has an awesome tan line on his ankles. These were our waiters. The head waiter, waiter, and assistant waiter (L to R) The assistant waiter was our favorite. He showed us some little magic tricks and just made dinner so much fun.

On the ship they play an adult game called the Quest Gameshow. Everyone gets in groups and then they ask for the first group to bring them 3 shirts, or two bra's, ets. Well Andrea, Kyle, and I just took our shirts off without really thinking that we would then be standing around in our garments. Oh well, we met some other LDS people on the ship because of it.

Kyle and Dave bought some knives that they had a hard time getting on the ship. Apparently they were planning to kill someone with them. We were almost late for the jeep safari because we were waiting for them.
In our jeep was Josh, me, Spencer, and Amy. They gave us these rags to put over our faces because it gets pretty dusty.
In Puerto Vallarta we went on a jeep safari through the forest. I think this was the guys favorite part because they got to drive. That's our guid Pepe. He was funny. He called the American Embassy a Walmart.

In Cabo right before we left to go snorkling. It was so fun. The guide let me hold a blow fish and a star fist. It was really neat because there were tons of fish everywhere and you could reach out and touch them all the time.
In Mazatlan this guy jumps off the edge for money. That guy has a death wish.

Before the ship leaves the port they do what they call a muster drill. They make you put on your life jackets and report to your life boat. I felt like such a nerd; but as Josh pointed out, "You wont feel like a nerd if the boat sinks". Perfect comment to make right before we set sail. Thanks Handsome. The boys liked to climb the rock wall on the back of the ship. Dave entered a contest and he won. Congrats Davey Crocket (it's a joke)!!!
