Preschool

Madisyn and Kaitlyn are attending Miss Margene's Creative Classroom again this year. They loved it last year so we decided to continue this year. The girls are also doing an online preschool called UPSTART. Its funded by the state of Utah and it's free for us. Statistics show that if the program is used properly then the kids finish on a first grade reading level. Maddie is really enjoying the program and is excelling. Kate can do the program but it doesn't excite her so it takes some convincing. The program is really helping though and I have already signed Jaycie up.

Labor Day Weekend 2014

This year for Labor Day we went up to Park City with the Ewert Clan. The room was too small and everyone was cramped and annoyed by the end of the trip; but when we weren't cramped and annoyed we had a fund time. 

 The colors were turning and they were beautiful!

We spent time everyday swimming...

 Kate learned to jump in the water and we tried to teach Jaycie to plug her nose and go under water (it didn't go well) and Maddie is much less afraid of swimming now than she used to be. We may try swimming lessons again this spring.

 Camden loved the water. He was all over the place.

We went to the Park City Mountain Resort. Dang it's pricey. I think we ended up spending over $60.00 for us each to ride the Alpine Slide, once. Then we waited in line for almost two hours for the tram ride up. The girls thought it was awesome.

While we waited (forever) we let the kids play on this climbing wall playground. 

Overall we had a fun time. Next year though, we're getting our own room. :)
